Description
I’ve been asked over and over about performing the song in person on that special day. I’ll fly in the day before the wedding so that if there are any flight delays, they won’t affect your special day. You will be responsible for airfare, two nights’ lodging, transportation, and honorarium.
These are the steps to this process:
- make a $200 refundable deposit to begin the conversation and confirm dates and prices
- provide the date and location of the wedding so I can work out the date with my calendar
- I’ll provide you an invoice for 1/2 the honorarium and cost of the flight
- one month before the wedding, I’ll send an invoice for the second 1/2 of the honorarium, lodging and other expenses
- I’ll get the DJ’s contact info and work out details for my guitar, track and vocal mic
- I’ll be there for the special day and your special song
So, what will this cost? I can only give estimates because there are so many factors such as: How far is the airport from your wedding venue? Can I Uber or will I need a rental? How much does lodging cost near your wedding venue? But I can give you an estimate:

- guitar baggage fee $75
- lodging $400
- honorarium $1500
